Having been practicing in the Inland Empire & Greater Los Angeles area as a podiatric foot & ankle surgeon specialist since July of 2016, Dr. Azar is the Founder of Azar Foot & Ankle Specialist. He can be found in the Clinica Medica Familiar Plaza’s in each location in Montclair, Riverside, and Moreno Valley, California. He describes himself as a compassionate, energetic, and out-going doctor with an interest in treating the foot and ankle, with emphasis on the importance of patient care and improving the quality of daily activity and life.  At a very young age, he was exposed to a well-rounded healthcare environment: he has experienced key role life decisions of a best friend on dialysis, a diabetic grandfather with several surgical toes amputated, and a brave grandmother who had two ankle fractures and leg fractures while growing up that required surgical intervention, as well as his own foot problems.

Edward S. Azar, DPM, attended California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in San Francisco, CA, and received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 2012. Furthermore, he conducted his residency in Brooklyn, New York, and was awarded the Best Surgery Award in 2015-2016. In addition, Dr. Azar remains in good standing with the California Podiatric Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Inland Podiatry Society. In addition to his medical degree, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Biology acquired at the University of California Berkeley as well as a Master of Forensic Sciences degree from the National University in San Diego.
